For Current Clovis Online School Students

What Does It Cost?

Currently enrolled Clovis Online School students can enroll in summer school at no charge.  Summer School is part of the Clovis Unified School District educational plan and is free for all students currently enrolled who need to make-up courses or to take a few courses that are offered as original credit.

Do I Need Summer School?

Current students will have their course completion progress evaluated by their Academic Counselor.  The counselor will then register any student who is in need of additional course work over the summer session in order to keep on graduation pace.  Students can discuss summer courses with their counselor and teacher so that the summer can be used effectively to earn needed credits.

How Many Classes Can I Take?

Students can register for a maximum of 10 credits during the summer session (usually 2 semesters for 5 credits each).

What are the Dates for Summer School?

The summer school session begins the week after the regular school ends and continues through the last week of July (7-week session). The Edgenuity platform is available 24/7 for students to access their courses and work. Clovis Online School teachers will have designated office hours and other available times so that students can complete all work without unnecessary interruptions.

What Courses can I Take in Summer?

Students will have an opportunity to take courses to advance their graduation plan or recover credits if deficient in previous semesters.
