Orientation

All new students to Clovis Online School go through an orientation with their assigned Academic Counselor.  The orientation meeting will cover transcript review, review of the student's Individual Educational Plan, setting up online educational account for the student and parent, and to set-up initial classes to start your school work upon the completion of the orientation.

 

A follow-up orientation meeting will be held with the student's assigned teacher. This meeting will cover the online platform and functions, review of required procedural documents, and assignment of remaining classes.  This meeting will take place within a reasonable time following the Academic Counseling orientation and is designed to meet the needs and schedules of all participants.
